Butte Community Council Coordinator
Support assessment and planning work to include stakeholder interviews, focus groups, community surveys, needs assessments, and strategic planning.
Butte Community Council Family Engagement Coordinator
Support families of young children, promote positive working relationships with community stakeholders, and provide coordinated collaborative outreach and support to families.
Both positions are FT through 12/31/19 with the option to continue if funding is available.
Requirements: team leadership, collaboration and family engagement knowledge, comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and community resources, computer literacy, bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human service field and three years of experience working with people living in poverty.

Network Director- Montana Child Care Resource and Referral Network
The Montana Child Care Resource and Referral Network (MTCCRRN) is hiring for a new full-time position as Network Director. This exciting position is at the forefront of early childhood issues in Montana and offers flexibility, the opportunity to travel and competitive pay.
It is the mission of the MTCCRRN to support member organizations, advance the early childhood profession, and improve the quality, affordability and accessibility of child care for Montana’s families. The Network Director will help us achieve this mission by representing the network as a whole and acting as the conduit between the seven-network region throughout Montana by:
- Supporting member agencies
- Initiating projects to build child care supply and quality
- Educating policy makers, businesses and the public
- Advocating for child care professionals and families
The Network Director will be housed in one of MTCCRRN’s member agencies in Bozeman, Helena, Great Falls, or Butte depending on the location and/or preference of the most qualified candidate. This position does have a certain amount of flexibility and will be allowed to work from home or remotely. Regular travel to and from Helena and intermittent travel throughout the state will be required.
